I can hardly believe it. After a year and a half, the What in the
World's Going On Here series is finally finished. Just to make it
exciting, I ended up with a cold the last week, and then a migraine the
last two days. . . but, with a day in bed, a visit to my massage
therapist, and ice on my neck, it happened.
Thank you all for praying. I could tell, when it felt impossible,
that people were praying, because the Lord gave me the strength to keep
going.
So, I'm writing this late on the 4th of July, as fireworks are
exploding all over the place outside. . . Because we're leaving in the
a.m. for a homeschool conference in Alabama. Hope I see some of
you there!!!
Actually, I have a new keynote for this conference - God's Divine
Rescue of America - and am I excited!!! (That's what I've been
researching late at night. . .)
Anyway, thanks, and I'll be back in touch more when I get back.
How exciting! All those people letting off fireworks to help you celebrate the completion of such a big project! :o) Sorry, my brain works like that because my husband's birthday is January 1st. He always tell our daughter that the whole country takes the day off, parties and has parades to honor the day he was born.
Congratulation ~ have a safe trip. Your keynote address sounds interesting, too bad you didn't give it in Minnesota.
Hi Diana.
Yeah for you - I know you're so relieved to be finished!
I'm in Alabama and planning, Lord willing, to attend the conference this weekend. I've been looking forward to it for 2 months and can't wait to hear you speak. You are such an encourager - I know you'll be a blessing to us and I hope that the conference will be a blessing to you too. See you there.
In His love,
Tina (in AL) :)
Extremely happily married since 1979, Bill and Diana Waring home schooled their three children for more than twenty years. The Waring kids were the proving grounds for all the precepts, concepts, and encouragements Bill and Diana teach--the real-life examples of the wonders of home schooling! Now, new grandparents and somewhat empty nesters, Bill & Diana travel all over the world to share the joys of loving learning, honoring one another in the family, and enjoying the journey.
