Probably the cheapest Disney souvinEar is the guidemaps that you can get at the parks' entrances. These are free (assuming that you have a valid ticket to that park). And they change often as each park adds new rides, attractions, and shows, in addition to celebrations like Disneyland's 50th Anniversarry and the worldwide Year of a Million Dreams.

I love to get maps whenever we go to the parks and now have a map (pictured below)that dates back to when Tarzan's Treehouse was new (enlargement underneath) and there was a preview center for Disney's California Advnture (to give you an idea of when this was, Disneyland was not yet 45 years old). My more recent maps include Christmas During the Year of a Million Dreams for both parks at the Disneyland Resort.

It is very interesting to see how the maps have changed over the years(examples pictured below). At one time Disney had both Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure's maps combined into one big map, but now the two have been split into two maps, with a separate Entertainment Times Guide (which is combined for both parks [on top of the maps in the picture below]).

Bottom line, if you're looking for cheap souvinEars, the park map may be just right.
