I just now found out that Jalapeno is sick, well I found out what his sickness is any way. Jalapeno has Slime Disease,  that is a very common sickness for bettas. The symptoms of Slime Disease is this: A gray coating on the body or fins, scratching, frayed fins and shimmying. ( that means wobbley swimming ). I'm going to try to help Jalapeno get better, you can help too if you will please pray for him, I don't want Jalapeno to die. Thank you! Here is a pic. of him, can you see the gray under neath him?
