This morning Devon taught Jocelyn and Liz B. how to play Pente. Pente is one of the games that the Dowdens brought and gave to us when they were here… and what a  fun game it is! It is a fast moving game that can be over in mere minutes. We leave it set up on our island quite often so we can play a number of games throughout the day trying to and a few wins here and there. 

Anyways- I had told Joce about it earlier in the week & Dev was keen to teach her how to play … so they were off. When Liz arrived she just had to have a go- and Dylan hopped in to make the game more of a challenge- those Brien’s, they just need to be taken down a peg or two (giggle giggle).

Mean while over on the carpet … there were four little girls playing with their dolls … and having a grand time! Addison is so excited to have friends with American girl dolls~ So, here we find ourselves in Canberra AU, with a heap of them to play with.  

The evening ended with Addison at a Rachel's 12th birthday party- a dance party. She had a ball! 

 While Addi was at Rachel's the boys were working at Lorenzy's 7th birthday party as slaves for the girls for the night. It was a hoot!

Busy. Busy. Fun. Fun.
