It has dawned on me... We packed out of our home in AU on April 16... today is August 8.... It has been nearly 4 months since the kids and I were "home" ... we were in the hotel in Kingston for 2 weeks- with company nearly every night, arrived at my parents, went on our cross country road trip and have had three sets of visitors to our place already... That is a long time to be out of sorts! I am offically exhausted at this moment!!! We are finally home again. We have all of our stuff-- everything has a place ... and we don’t have to be anywhere for a little while. The only thing that could be better ... would be having Paul here ... but only 14 or so days to go before he arrives for a 3 week visit!! How nice it will be to just be here with him! I guess I'll just have to keep myself busy until he arrives... and once he is gone again... Hum, wonder what I can come up with?? Maybe I will post some piccies of the new place, a road trip to the coast, helping Lisa do some stuff, running my mom around as she is recovering from her knee surgery, spending time with the nieces and nephews, getting started on school, looking into Ghana and starting my packing lists, getting caught up on some emails, scraping the last few months, susing out music stuff for the kiddos, getting us up to Alaska for a visit, planning Devon’s 18th b-day (trip?), getting my visas to visit Paul (wherever he will be located)... Ya, I guess I can come up with a few things to do to occupy my time. |
