Draiocht School: A Home for the Curious
Dec. 1, 2006

The past two weeks have been taken up with family, travel and miscellany.   I've assigned the kids historical fiction and have been pleased to see that they are continuing to write, read, and do science and art for fun while I take this break.  On Monday, we have the first Homeschool Wild Day.   After that, school will resume normally.  I'm looking forward to it.

Hey there, you guys sound like you are having a LOT of fun!!

I have decided we are going to school year round... in History, Art, Science areas...

and then be sticklers about math Handwriting and Spelling stuff during the regular school year... since it only takes an hour at most to do all of that... I can do it even on a busy day... don't know if it will work. I only made that decision today!! :)

Hope yoru home school Wild Day sounds fun. We do a once a month thing at a outdoors Science Center thing here which has been pretty neat. similar, though not the same.
