We recently got back in touch with some college friends who are now in the process of adopting 3 children from Liberia, Africa (after being married for the past 7 years and having no kids of their own). As with many other oversees adoptions, there are delays and frustrations, but the greatest of these at this point is that the little one (8 months old, I think, mother died in childbirth) is having medical problems.
