I received a letter from the Office of the Secretary of State of IL Saturday.  It starts off:

Dear Friend

Recently you made a decision to be part of a life-saving team.  By joining the tissue donor registry...

Today, nearly 5,000 people in Illinois are waiting for organ transplants to give them a second chance at life...


While my eyes continued down the page, my mind went another direction...something like this:
