Survival Mode & Studying Colonial America
Morning sickness has hit, and so had first trimester fatigue. I've moved into survival mode. Just trying to get the important things done each day, which includes keeping my food down. I'm not sure how often I'll be blogging for the next 8 weeks. I may be spending most of my time curled up on the couch or in my recliner, just trying to control the nausea.
We're beginning a study of Colonial America this week, with Tapestry of Grace Year 2, Unit 3. We're looking forward to this new era so much. We enjoyed the ancient history, the dark ages, and the renaissance, but we're glad to move into American history and a more modern era, too.
And now I'm going to go find something else to eat, and settle into my recliner to nurse 22 mo L, who is sick with a cold.
