Look what she can do!!

This is our Matilda and the things she made in sewing class. 

She made a bag, pillow case, small pillow cover and a pair of pj bottoms. 

Matilda is our oldest daughter, she will be twelve in October.  She is very crafty and extremely gifted with her hands.  She loves pink (can't you tell), sweets, and pizza.  She loves to help with the little ones and to organize things.  She is the first one to offer to help, is full of energy, and has a cute sense of humor. 

Matilda loves to make things and give gifts.  During one of her really creative times we get some kind of gift from her everday saying how much she loves us. 

She went to a sewing class for a week to learn the basics and came home to make dolly clothes and little purses all by herself.  Grandma helped her pick out all her fabrics and transported more than once (Thanks Mom).  She loved the class and was really sad to see it end.  She is one talented girl.

I LOVE the things she has made! What caught my eye is the pink fabric all the way on the right. I have the same fabric and am putting it with some funky prints to make a rag quilt.

She is talented and must have loads of patience to make all those things!
