It has been several months since I've had the opportunity to write on my blog! So much has happened, from getting engaged, to being married... then moving and traveling! It's a blessing to be settling down again...
God has been so faithful to me! Jere and I are extremely happy and we rejoice in the fact that God miraculously brought us together. It is so wonderful to see His hand move on our behalf and answer the prayers we've so longed to be fulfilled.
I look forward to sharing online what the Lord lays on my heart, as He grants me the time to do so. ;) I've missed sharing with you all here! I'm sure there are many new friends to be found on Homeschoolblogger, since I've been gone! Please do feel free to leave me a comment; I'd love to hear from you!
Blessings in Jesus!

Anyway, I found out about your husband's store via a 417 article while waiting in my daughter's orthodontist's office. How amazed I was to receive the last newsletter to see him and you getting married. I was reminded about how small this world really is!!!
I have been wanting to get a garden going for awhile. I believe, is it square foot gardening, is the easiest and best way to go if you live in a subdivision? Someone on the Ozark Green Moms yahoo group mentioned it. I would love to know what books from your husband's store you would recommend for a newbie who really has had better luck killing things than helping them to grow. Thankfully, my husband was raised on a farm thus has some more knowledge as well.
My eldest daughter has been begging for a garden for ages. We were planning on going to the Harvest Festival tomorrow, but we seem to have a flu bug floating around that needs to be done with before we make a short trip next week to the St. Louis Zoo and Science Center. Maybe next month.....
If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them. I must get back to making sure my eldest finishes her school work from this week before we leave. My little sloth didn't finish the lessons I gave her. Gotta love her though!
In Him,
Johanna
