Week four

We are in the middle of week four. With actually doing school mostly every day.

Last week Thursday and Friday we didn't. Thursday ds helped daddy who stayed home from work to do some haying. It was just easier to let him go with daddy. Plus I get him all day long, so it was only fair that daddy get him all day long.....lol.

Fridays are normally short days for us as we have to take dh's paychecks into town. Starting this week though he's working 4 ~ 10 hr days and has friday + the weekend off. SO more days to try and get things done. And one less day to drive 50 miles round trip for only 4 hours.

Anyway, yesterday we didn't do school either, as he was with my dad in the field again. So today we need to get some work done. Lets just hope he doesn't whine.

Other then that things have been great.

We just finished our first week back into school. Four weeks? Sounds like you guys are doing well. Hopefully the schedule change will allow for more work to be done and more easily. I wish I knew more about Pioneer studies, can't help much in that area. Enjoy your weekend, I hope next week is absolutely wonderful!!

It's nice meeting you. Thanks for your comment. What kind of horses do you have? I loved the photos with the colt running alongside his dam!
It sounds like you're doing great homeschooling your son.
