April 12, 2007 - Never Alone
This is one of my favorite songs. It is by Barlow Girl and I think it has a really neat message. God is always with us! Even though we can't see Him, He's there! He will never leave you! Even on days when you fell like you're alone, remember that He is there, and trust Him.
Never Alone
I waited for you today
But you didn't show
No no.
I needed you today
So where did you go?
You told me to call
Said you'd be there
And though I haven't seen you
Are you still there?
Chorus
I cried out with no reply
And I can't feel you by my side
So I'll hold tight to what I know
You're here and I'm never alone
And though I cannot see you
And I can't explain why
Such a deep reassurance
You've placed in my life.
We cannot separate
'Cause you're part of me.
And though you're invisible
I'll trust the unseen.

Tonight is the first performance of the Easter Drama! I am soo nervous! Please pray for each member of the cast and choir, and that everything goes well, and that it shows people the Gospel. Pray that lives are changed through this.

April 2, 2007 - forgot...
I was going to post this earlier but I forgot so here it is............
“He’s Alive!”
Written by Emma K. Shockley
What do you think of when you think of Easter? Bunnies? Eggs? Chocolate?
These are all things we use to celebrate Easter, but what is the celebration for? Rather, who is it for? Are we celebrating the Easter Bunny? Well, maybe that is the case, but it shouldn’t be.
So, you ask, what should we celebrate?
The most wonderful thing that ever happened!
You’ve probably heard that Jesus died for your sins and mine, but is that the end of the story? Is Jesus still in the grave? NO! He’s not! That’s the best part of the story!
Three days after Jesus died, He rose again! Isn’t that exciting? There is life after death, if you have Jesus!
Here’s the Biblical account of what happened:
“Now on the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they, and certain other women with them, came to the tomb bringing the spices which they had prepared. But they found the stone rolled away from the tomb. Then they went in and did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. And it happened, as they were greatly perplexed about this, that behold, two men stood by them in shining garments. Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, ‘Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen!’” –Luke 24:1-6a
So we, as Christians, have so much more to celebrate at Easter than a make-believe rabbit. We have a risen Savior! He’s alive!

March 3, 2007 - You say, God says
Hello Everyone!
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I've been on here a lot, putting new pics and things up, but haven't taken the time to post.
Junior, Snicky, and Heidi are all growing like weeds. Dad says they've doubled in size! :O
Well, there's not much else to say, but here is a thing that I thought was pretty neat:
YOU SAY |
GOD SAYS |
BIBLE VERSES |
You say: "It's impossible" |
You say: "I'm too tired" |
You say: "Nobody really loves me" |
You say: "I can't go on" |
You say: "I can't figure things out" |
You say: "I can't do it" |
You say: "I'm not able" |
You say: "It's not worth it" |
You say: "I can't forgive myself" |
You say: "I can't manage" |
You say: "I'm afraid" |
You say: "I'm always worried and frustrated" |
You say: "I'm not smart enough" |
You say: "I feel all alone" |

August 28, 2006 - Colossians 3:12-17
Hi!
I hope everyone's doing good! Thanks to everyone who's commented me!
We read this scripture in church last night, and I wanted to share it with you all.
"Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.
But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called one body; and be thankful.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."
-Colossians 3: 12-17
