Aug. 7, 2005 - MS Bike Ride Report |
I did it! I did a total of 1,251 feet
climb and 25 miles at practice for the MS 150. Next Saturday, it's 35
miles. I'll keep you posted.
Tomorrow is Curves day. I sure hope I've lost some weight. I sure have done a lot of work lately!

| Wow! You must be so proud, as that kind of work-out is VERY impressive. :) My main thing is running but I do cross-train some on my bike. Haven't done anything even remotely impressive on my bike though. :) Thanks for visiting my site and I have enjoyed perusing your website! And, yes, we are ALMOST neighbors. :) |

| You amaze me! I am having trouble getting started training for a mere 5K. After my last baby (14 months ago) I have been a real slacker. I am so glad to be back from vacation and hope to get back into a regular routine again - especially visiting here and enjoying all your great links and pictures. Blessings!!! |
