January 26, 2009 - Uhg-nessIt's almost February. Christmas has already come and gone; it was really wonderful, but it was so long ago that I feel no need to write about it. (Sorry, readers.) All I'll say is that we spent the day at home, the church service was great, I gave and got wonderful things, and we caught Santa. (Well...not the last part.)Also, New Year's Day has passed, which my family spent at an OCF (Officers Christian Fellowship) family retreat center called White Sulfur Springs (WSS for short). It's a day's drive from here in Illinois (all the way to Pennsylvania), but even with nine people in the car the drive went smoothly. I think WSS is my favorite place in the world; we've been going there for special occasions since I was little. We might go back in the summer. But anyway..... Let's get to the main stuff. If there is any "main stuff". I don't know if there's any real reason I'm writing in my blog; perhaps just because I haven't written in such a long time. Huh... My brain is going wacko. A while ago, I was typing "www.facebook.com" while I was listening to music. In the song I was listening to, the singer mentioned the word "ground", and for some reason I ended up typing "www.facground.com". I was like, "Wha...?!" Haha. ^^ Oh yeah, and Obama became president on the twelth. Woohoo. Y_Y I know I need to respect him, but...uhg... Anyway... Um... Uh... Hm. *crickets chirping* Gah! I know there are important things that have happened that I should write about, but I just can't remember! Hmm. We've gotten a lot of snow lately. Brrr! I changed my blog Playlist. Now none of the songs I've chosen to be on there have words. It's easier to read something (like my blog) without listening to songs with lyrics at the same time. That would be like reading while listening to someone talking at the same time. It's tough, you know? Maybe not. :S Speaking of tough, I lost my art teacher. He got another job and now we can't do lessons. His only job wasn't teaching me, of course, but he did have another different job from the one he has now and he quit that job for another job which is the one he has now which, with the new times and all for the new job, makes it so he can't teach me art every Tuesday and Thursday at seven-thirty PM. (Run-on sentences are fun to use. ^^) Sigh. My parents are looking for new lessons. They're looking at colleges for art class, which is kind of scary for me to think about. I know all ages take certain lessons at colleges, but when I think of a college I think adults and stuff...pretty much everything advanced and intimidating. Uhg. Is this boring you as much as it's boring me?? I think I'll end this. It's bedtime. :( There's probably a bunch of typos and spelling mistakes on here since I'm typing really fast, but never mind that. I don't really care right now. :S (Wow, I think this is the most emoticons I've every used, too. I don't really like using them; they make things look cluttered. But whatever. <:^D) -Enilarwyn |
