Vocabulary:

• CSEF - Church School Enrollment Form (Fill three (3) out for each child.  Do not put multiple children on one form.)

• RSR - Request for School Records (Optional - Fill one (1) out for each school that you need records from.  Do not put multiple schools on one form.  Please include $5 postage for the records to be forwarded to you.)

• FIF - Family Information Form (Only one needed per family.)

• BOE - Board of Education

• ECL - Enrollment Check List
  

TO ENROLL, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES: 

1. Please read, understand, and familiarize yourself with the Everest Academy Handbook.
2. Print, fill out, and mail Everest Academy the Family Information Form, the Enrollment Check List, three (3) Church School Enrollment Forms per child, Request for School Records Form (optional), enrollment fee, and SASE. Make sure you sign and date all areas and mail to Everest Academy within two weeks of signature.  Please pay special attention to the CSEF and sign both the top and bottom portions. 
   
3. Everest Academy will process all paperwork and return the RSR (optional), two (2) CSEF per child, and the Everest Academy acceptance letter to you.
4. You will need to file one (1) copy of the CSEF per child and the Everest Academy acceptance letter in an easily accessible location.
5. Forward the original CSEF per child to the appropriate city or county Board of Education Superintendent.
   
6. Forward the RSR (optional) to the appropriate school. 
   
7. Please remember that this is busy time of year.  You may expect your paperwork to be returned to you within about two through three weeks.  If you have not received all paperwork within 30 days, please contact Everest Academy.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I fax the paper work in?  No, the BOE requires original signatures.

Can I combine payments of fees?  Yes, please make sure to fill out the Enrollment Check List.

What form of payment is accepted?  Cash, check, money order, Paypal, or Cashier's Check.  No credit/debit cards please.

I homeschooled last year, do you need past school records?  No.
