Everest Academy

Unenrollment & Dismissal

In the event that you choose to unenroll from Everest Academy, please follow this procedure:

UNENROLLMENT

  1. It is up to each parent to research requirements and regulations of other schools including public schools, private schools, church schools, and colleges when considering enrollment in these institutions.
  2. All records held by Everest Academy belong to the parent/guardian of the student and will be sent to the parents on request.
  3. If a child transfers from Everest Academy before graduation, official transcripts will be made and sent to the parent along with all previous records.  Fees are applicable and completion of Transcript Request Form is required.
  4. A student must be enrolled with Everest Academy and complete a full six weeks of work and parents must turn in the applicable Transcript Request Form BEFORE an official transcript will be made. If the student has less than this amount of time with Everest Academy or does not turn in the required reports, we will send a letter stating no work can be verified.
  5. All fees must be paid before a transcript is sent to the parent.

DISMISSAL
FROM
EVEREST ACADEMY

Everest Academy reserves the right to dismiss any family that is felt to put Everest Academy in a negative light due to poor conduct and/or illegal activities, failure to make payment, policy noncompliance, and/or dishonesty in matters that could affect Everest Academy.  We also reserve this right with any family not enrolled in Everest Academy but participating in an Everest Academy sponsored group or activity.

About Everest Academy

Everest Academy believes that the parent has the best interests of their children at heart. We believe that the parent is the first and only teacher that a child needs. In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off cover school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. We ask only for what the law requires while offering support along with quality resources to aid families in their efforts.
