Apr. 7, 2009 - First Picnic of the Year

Posted in Having Fun!

It has been simply lovely here lately, so today we finally packed ourselves into the car, and drove into the mountains for a picnic.  It was a nice quiet outing, or at least it was for me!  I listened to a story on my mp3 player all the way there and back.  Here are a few pictures from the actual walk.

How fun! I love the pictures you took.
Thanks for sharing what you did for your graduation.
I'll be having a ceremony and a fellowship afterwards... the details are still to be decided.
We'll be printing out my diploma :)
In answer to your question on what I'm going to do,
I surrendered to go to the foreign mission field at age 12.
For now, I feel the Lord calling me to stay at home
and serve Him through my family and my church,
until He sends me a husband going to the mission field :)
I'll also continue to teach piano and, Lord willing,
hope to start an online crochet business.
I hope you have a great week,
and enjoy all the nice weather!

What sweet pictures! That little birdie is adorable - especially it's little toes. :) Little birdie feet are so cute!

I hope that you had a wonderfully blessed Resurrection Sunday!

Love,
Emily Rose
