May. 18, 2009 - Young Maiden's Daybook ~ 2

Knitting some, writing some, taking pictures some, relaxing some.
Outside my window…
Another gorgeous day. Dazzling sun, with just a faint breeze.
I am thinking…
Trying to come up with a plot for my story, and thinking that Mississippi is very far away!
I am thankful for…
A house, a car, a motorhome, and everything that God has given us.
I am wearing…
A denim skirt, tan blouse, and purple socks.

I am reading…
The Chronicles of Prydain
I am creating…
Washcloths, a quilt, and...other things!
One of my favorite things…
Talking to friends
For education this week…
The Fallacy Detective
Creating Unforgettable Characters
A keeper at home skill I am using/learning …
Cooking and Cleaning
A spiritual lesson I’m learning…
God is in control
A godly character trait I plan to work on…
Thinking before I speak
Scripture I am memorizing…
1 Corinthians 13
I am praying for…
Guidance for my family
For the rest of the week…
School with Kekoa, and MAJOR decluttering, and decreasing of possesions!
A picture I’d like to share…

Sorry I haven't been by til now!
I enjoyed reading your post. I have never heard of the Chronicles of Prydain, are they good? I think we should always be learning from the Fallacy Detective:)
How fun that your family has a motor home! Our family would really enjoy that, for we love to travel!
Have a Great Day!

Yes, the trip was amazing, and the food was wonderful! Once we had some delicious tacos. Not like the tacos we have here, but really good steamed tacos! They were the best tacos I have ever had, and I think they'll remain my favorite for a long time. The only bad thing about them is that they are really hard to make, so I haven't had them for almost a whole year! I can still remember how good they were though. ;)
Thanks for the comment!
