Mar. 3, 2009 - Joel's 8th Birthday
Joel celebrated his 8th birthday on Sunday. He had a full day with church in the morning, his lunch and party in the afternoon and church again in the evening. All in all, I would say he had a great day.
He brought cupcake cookies in to his Sunday school class. He said everyone enjoyed them. He had his birthday cake and got his presents in the afternoon. He got the Playmobile Sunken Pirate ship that he wanted.

Looks like an awesome cake! I was just studying about patience this morning but, I don't think I have the patience for that! Anyway, I'm glad your son had a nice birthday. My youngest son will be turning six the end of this month and he is really excited, although I'm a little sad. I guess they have to grow up sometime.
