It is a vending machine, but bread comes out instead of coke.

Bread is very useful here in Belgium.  We eat it everyday and when the bakery is closed we buy it from the machine.

There is also a flower vending machine at the hospital. 

Same concept, but flowers come out.  Handy if you forgot to buy flowers.

Kids may have alcohol!!!

Their dad can say: “Go to the store and by some beer.”

Kids may not go to a café and order a beer.

But their dad may order a beer and they may drink it!!!

EURO'S

I have a euro collection.  The euro is the currency from most of Europe.  There are 18 lands that have the euro.   These lands are as follows: Belgium, France, Germany, Nederlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugual, Ireland, Italy, Finland, Greece, Austria, Slovakia, Malta, Cyprus, Monaco, Vatican City, and St. Martino.  Monaco, Vatican City and St. Martino are the smallest countries in the world.  Yes, that's right they are countries not cities, even though they are the size of cities.  I have all the euros from Europe except Malta, Cyprus, Monaco, Vatican City, and St. Martino.  The value of the euro changes daily, but on average this year a euro is worth about 1.5 American dollars.  Every year there is a special edition coin from each land.  I have eight special edition coins, but a lot of them are the same.  My favorite coin is hmmm.....I think all of them.  My euro kaft I can sell for about one hundred to two hundred euros.  That is about one hundred fifty to three hundred dollars.  But I'm not going to sell it.  Well, maybe if I get a really good offer.  Here's some pictures still.  I have the same kaft as in the photo, but mine is totally full.  When Mom is broke she sometimes needs to borrow money from my kaft to buy bread from the bakery, but she can only borrow the coins that are easy to replace.  Mom and dad always check their change for coins I still need.

EURO SPACE CENTER       

I went to camp at the euro space center.

It is in Belgium in the province of Luxebourg.

There is a tour and a lot  of  things you can do.

You can drive a space simutor, moon walk, and shoot off rockets that you make yourself,

they can go 300 meters or higher (because they have real motors)
