Preparing The Way Seminars

I also have wonderful news.  Satan tryed to stop our Bible School, but God has become the rock in our lives and has provided a way, when there seemed no way to have Bible School. Our God is a great and wonderful God, you just have to believe.

I was at Bible School tonight and want to share some scriptures that have shaped me and changed me in many ways tonight.

Psalm 35:27,28 NKJV

27 Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, “Let the LORD be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.” 28 And my tongue shall speak of Your righteousness. And of Your praise all the day long.

Psalm 37:4,5 AMP

4Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart.  5Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.

2 Corinthians 9:6-8 AMP

6[Remember] this: he who sows sparingly and grudgingly will also reap sparingly and grudgingly, and he who sows generously [that blessings may come to someone] will also reap generously and with blessings. 7Let each one [give] as he has made up his own mind and purposed in his heart, not reluctantly or sorrowfully or under compulsion, for God loves (He takes pleasure in, prizes above other things, and is unwilling to abandon or to do without) a cheerful (joyous, "prompt to do it") giver [whose heart is in his giving]. 8And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].

God's heart felt desire is to bless us. Where we are falling short of these blessing is in the lack of knowledge, or understanding of the scriptures. Or we are in disobedience. If your prayers are not being answered and you and your family are not being bless abundantly ask God to show YOU were YOU are missing it. God is waiting on YOU.

James 4:7,8

7Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

First I want to say sorry to Shannon and Linda for the closed eyes, but this was the 'best' one I have. This is the gang. My Bible School Bubbie's. The Word for the World School. The School uses the Victorious Living Ministries Curriculum. This was taken at the term party on July 5,2007.  I will have a updated picture at the next term party to include all the new friends that have joined us, and every one with their eyes open!!

These are my friends. We have been together every Thursday night since January 2006. All of us have grown so much in Christ, that I am sure that Pastor Terry(the only guy in the picture) is very proud of us. This is not a Bible study where we sit and share, this is a dig down deep into the Word of God and grow. This school has changed my life for ever. I have and am learning to apply the life of Jesus, into my life.

Homeschool today was good. Faith sat down and did her work, had everything done for when our neighbour came over to teach keyboard to her. Then because I was studying for an exam, Shirley read Faith a story and practice a little more. After class was done Faith read to Shirley. What a blessing to have a gifted piano player teach Faith. For keyboard we use the BASTIEN PIANO BASICS for the Young Beginner. Faith is on the red books Theory & Technic is one book the other is Piano, level Primer A. I love these books and if you have no music back ground, and no neighbour like mine, you can still teach your child. Faith and I use LET'S PLAY RECORDER! We are doing this together, as mommy is learning music with her, with the hope to play the keyboard and the recorder, too.
