My new theme song....
One of my daughter's favorite movies is Madagascar. If you haven't seen it, it is a fairly sweet, innocent film.
We love the penguins too.
They enjoy one particular part and song also. After going to Weight Watchers this evening, I have decided that I must adapt it as my theme song.
"I like to move it, move it. I like to move it, move it"
I have got to get busy walking on my treadmill. It really isn't that taxing, and my middle daughter loves to walk along side of me on the floor.
Ok...time to start moving it...moving it.

That's our PreK/K Sunday School class's favorite song. We use it with a rousing game of "Statues" at the end of the class. I think the parents must wonder why their kids are so tired on Sunday afternoons. My hubby actually threw out his back the one Sunday dancing along with them.

My son is a huge fan of "I like to Move it Move it!" After he watched that movie that is all he would listen to or sing. Good luck with the Weight Watchers!!

Ha.. that movie is pretty funny - the penquins' short film "A Christmas Caper" I think it's called - is hil-a-ri-ous.
How is it going with losing weight? Tredmills are horrid inventions, but good exercise. I have to go back to doing Yoga with my sister... ick.
