~Stomach Flu Stops Busy Family Weekend~
This weekend was to be a busy weekend. Birthday celebration, band concert, birthday celebration with Grandparents, Christmas play performance, an afternoon of dance performances, and mom work an extra 4hr evening shift on Sunday. We were enjoying great food and fellowship. The Lord had provided great weather and fun times. Then this morninig(Sunday), when I went to get Jennifer up and around, it had hit. The stomach bug, she informed me she hadn't felt well all night. I should have gotton the pan then, thankfully my husband has a stronger constitution than I. There is a reason why I work with newborns. 
I called into work, I feel quesy and have a headache. Prayerfully the rest of us won't get sick...the week before Christmas. I am praying for my parents to be protected, they are heading south for the winter on Tuesday.

Perhaps you don't want to read this, but I do believe that Jennifer is starting to look very much like a young woman. How does that happen? I too wish I could slow down time. It was only yesterday that they were sitting on our laps.
Tell Liz I think better with my tongue out too. I am fairly sure there must be some kind of neurological connection between our tongue and our brain.

Hi Linda -- I haven't been around here for ever... since I moved blogs, I think.
I'm going through the MFW blogroll -- found you again -- I'm going to add you to my google reader.
I HAD to comment on THIS one. My SIL just had her baby's photo taken with this EXACT Santa. My other SIL and I were commenting on him -- he looks very authentic. We were laughing at his huge chair. My SIL and new baby are from Mt. Ayr.. so I'm assuming this was at a Mall in the Capital City. ;)
Well -- I pray you had a tremendous Christmas Season. Keep warm tonight -- supposed to get down to 16° brrr...
