As I surfed to one of my favorite site, www.desiringgod.org , I was surprised by
John Piper's announcement...please read it here:

But I am not surprised by Pastor John's response.

WOW! I am so glad that he is not terminal and that the cancer has not spread but the news took me off gaurd. I will be praying for he and his family;-( What a blessing his walk with the Lord is though. Praise the Lord for his faith and leadership even in the hardest of times!
