Starting WW tonight
Well...it is time for me to start my resolutions.
I am over the top on my weight. I can't believe how much I have gained. And I really haven't cared. I can give you at least ten excuses why I have allowed myself to get into this state again. But that is just sin. Making excuses for my poor choices and laziness.
Ready set....let the point counting, water drinking, mile walking, healthy thinking...BEGIN!!!
If you are already six weeks into your healthy eating, exercise doing, water drinking habits...I'd love to hear how it's going.

Yeah, more WW gals. I am struggling today. But hey, I was in and out of hospital waiting rooms. If somebody brings you pizza for lunch and Kentucky Fried for dinner, ya just eat it, ya know?
I usually include WW points value for my recipes. There are some yummy ones, include a great WW friendly pizza crust on my blog.

Good to meet you. I know what you mean about the Proverbs 31 woman. Perfect I am not. But maybe I am trying so hard to make up for my short comings in other areas with meals and cleanliness. This week has been better.
I stopped by your blog and read your last few. You say only in Iowa can the weather be so dramatic Kansas is the same. It is finally winter here. Cold and windy. Actually today is is 50 but yesterday it was 20something. We lived in Phoenix for a short time and loved the weather just hated the cost of living.
Diet! Ugh! I have recently lost 50 lbs. It was alot of work but I still have 30 or so to go. I love the exercise part. I go to the Y 6 days a week it is just the eating part that I do not love. I eat too late in the evening. It is my way of relaxing after the kids are in bed. I also love the carbs. I can pass on the meat but know that I need the protein too. Right now I am working on reshaping my body after the wt loss. But that is kind of an excuse not to eat better.
Do you like the Apolgia science. We did the 7th grade book last year my son did not really like it I was wondering about the lower grade stuff. My kids love making valcanos we have make serveral of them and they love it every time.
I am not usually this scattered in my thoughts but wanted to touch up on several things you had said.
I will add you to my friends also.
