She is adorable. Losing weight can be a difficult thing. But every little bit counts. I can lose a pound and then gain it back for no apparent reason. I enjoy walking on my treadmill. My husband likes to run outside. My sister wanted me to do the 30 mile one in Tampa. I would like to do a 5k. My children are doing independent work so I now I am going. Keep up to great work. Thank you for your comments about my mom. I was some comforted by the fact that my brother was in the country this year (he's in the military and spends a lot of time in war zones) and that he was taking the whole thing better. And by nice comments as well...
