Well, we have the chicken coop 95% done. It has been a lot of fun seeing DH and DS11 working together on this project. DD7 is the run girl( go get this and that). I even was on the chicken coop roof helping DH. Oh it was so much fun.  We will be getting our chicks next week. DS11 and DD7 have a speech tournament and we will be in and out a lot that week so we have decided to wait until the weekend. The kiddos are so excited. 

This simplified way of life is SO REFRESHING to me. I will blog about that more later, changes we are making in our home

Oh, you have chickens? I know this sounds silly, but I have always wanted chickens. To be able to throw them feed out of my big apron(I don't wear one....but I would if I had chickens!) and gather eggs. I love the way they cluck. Post some pictures of them if you can so I can ooh and aah over them. LOL
