| Nov. 26, 2005 I've been soooooooo blessed! |
I have had one of the most blessed spiritual weeks of my life!  A woman that has been coming to our bible study group accepted the Lord. She has been diving into His Word in the gospels and through seeds planted, she realized her need to be born again! What an amazing blessing to know that God is letting me see Him work! A friend called last week and said that her f-i-l was fading fast from emphysema. Myself and my two dd's got on our knees immediately! We prayed in English and then broke into our spiritual language. At first it was groaning and then it was singing. We called back within 5 minutes of praying to let my girlfriend (the d-i-l) know how the Spirit had sounded. Then she tells us that the son had led his father to the Lord (he passed on the next day at almost the exact minute of asking Jesus to be His Savior)!!!!!!! The three of us girls started crying with Joy as we realized what the Lord had let us be apart of. What a faith builder for myself and my two dd's . When we told my ds and dh later, they were physically touched as well. (You would need to know my dh to know how the Lord has softened him.) And then........ a man that we (our bible study group and our family) have been praying for as of late, for he was older and ill, was led to the Lord (born again) by a charismatic nun and priest in a charismatic catholic rehab center shortly before he died this week. (I dislike the words "catholic" and "protestant" because they are man-made and seem to always divide. I choose to call myself a born again, holy spirt-baptized believer. Only using "names" God chose.) I am mostly telling you this so that I may journal what God has allowed me to be a small part of. Not that I am worthy, apart from Christ, but that He has allowed us to see where he is working! 
When He allows us to see answers to prayer...WOW! I'm so grateful! He
is so awesome and worthy to be praised! There have been other
God-incidences that we have been aware of and have made me love Him all
the more! We are so blessed! I'm finding grace, hallelujah! |
