T-Tapp Bootcamp In's and Out's

Our target date to END this group bootcamp is Sat June 2.  Bootcamps run from 4-14 days depending on who much you feel you can do. Hey, I suggest shooting for 14 days then if you do 10  that is FANTASTIC!!  You all know that technically a Bootcamp is Inst #1 and #2 or TWO, but for this group Bootcamp you just do whatever level you're at - SATI, BWO+, or TWO. wherever you feel comfortable, but not too comfortable since our goal is to get results.

Speaking of results - ahh you'll all love to hear this - you will need to measure   Yep! Sometimes the only way you know you lost inches is by measuring. You don't have to share your measurement - although at the end we will share our total inch loss!! You don't have to take pictures although I recommend it just so you can see how fantastic you'll look when you  reach your goal. You can keep them in a personal file where no one sees them - that's what I do!

I know some of you have already started your bootcamp - Nancy - and if you'd like to encourage us with your results we'd enjoy that!!

YES you can gals! I'll post the roster for who's participating on Sunday.

OH! one last quick thing - did you know you can earn T-Tapp DOLLAR$ for being consistant? I will start my bootcamp tomorrow. My goal is to do 14 days with BWO+ and possible working towards TWO. I also plan to include SATI every other day. So BWO+ daily, SATI every other day. OH OK - I'll measure!

May. 16, 2007 - My Bootcamp Plans

I will be doing TWO (plus I'll probably throw in OIP (Organ in Place). I'm hoping to do 14 days starting Mon 21st since we'll be done with school Friday. We'll be doing some spring de-cluttering for 2 weeks before we get into a summer-ish pseudo school/fun schedule. I've done a 5 day bootcamp before in Jan so 14 days will be a challenge. BUT I have a prize at the end for when I meet my ultimate size goal.

I'm in!!! I've been doing BWO+ and OIP for a few months, and had 8+ inch loss right away, but have been on a plateau for almost a month! I think Bootcamp is just what I need to get the inches coming off again. I'm glad to have the support of a group. My goals: 14 day bootcamp starting Monday, BWO+, OIP/HF, Thread the Needle everyday. TWO at least 2x/week. I'm a very short torso, so all my "extra" is right in the middle. I had my 5th baby 6 months ago. I can technically fit back into some of my pre-pregnancy clothes, but I can't breathe! But the fact that I'm that close already is thanks to T-Tapp so far!! I'd like to be able to fit back into my regular clothes comfortably by the end of bootcamp. That's the prize I'm working towards!

Ok, I started BWO+ and SATI every day for a 14 day bootcamp on Monday, May 14. This is my plan. If any complications arise from the c-section (April 30) then I will revamp and listen to my body but thus far, it feels good as long as I do no twisting movements. I'm excited to have a group to do this with. I've also been less than excited about measuring so soon after the birth....do you really think it's necessary?! It will be scary! Though, I can already tell that my tummy is going down. PTL!

Ok - I missed my first day, but I figure that I am not going to let that be my sign. I just did Inst #1 and plan to head outside with the baby and walk some more. I have yet to measure, but I'll do that tonight. Went clothes shopping last night and stood in front of those mirrors so I am really motivated. I'm excited for everybody that is jumping in to do a bootcamp. I pray that we will all feel better and be blessed with lost inches. I'm gonna try to add in some of the TWO,. but I'm not adding it to my goal at this time. Have a great day all!

May. 26, 2007 - Back on Track

Ok I fell off and fell hard. After trying on those clothes I was pretty down. Then we went to the Omaha zoo and I'd see myself in everything. How horrible. Most would be motivated to change, me I get down and go the other direction. So, I ate more! After my motivation talk yesteday from my counselor :O) I am now back on track. IShe motivated me and I motivated her and in the end we motivated each other bc we realized we need to listen to our words that come so easily for each other and just do it. I'll be behind everybody, but I now have one day under my belt and I'm going to go and measure and then order the book you all keep talking about.
