Steph - started last monday 5/14  and taking is slowly!  Great plan!

    Are you my twin? I do  BWO+, OIP/HF, Thread the Needle, and AL every day! Plus I just had my 5th baby 10 months ago. I was where you are 4 months ago and now my clothes are quite lose!

I have to be honest, though, I've hardly worked out all week. But, hey, I'm going to make up for it starting Monday! We've got a family reunion in August and I would really like to have lost all the baby weight (and maybe a little extra!) by then. I've always been the "chubby" one of the bunch. The thing I notice about T Tapp is that not only do the inches come off, but my body looks different than it ever has. I think its the "girdle" effect that she talks about. Usually I do cardio to get the baby weight off, which it does, but doesn't tone and firm, ya know? Now I've lost some baby weight and I'm firmer then ever before, even when I used to do pilates! I've got lower ab muscles I literally never felt before doing OIP/HF!! Looking forward to starting next week!

I'll plan on starting Sat. or Sun. the 19th or 20th. Keep me motivated girls 'cause by the the third day I don't want to do it anymore. I'll be doing SATI.

For the "Girdle" effect - do you dry skin brush? There's a thread at WTM on it - it really helps!

For cardio that does tone more than others, have you ever done SATI (Step Away The Inches)? With pilates, the head T-Tapp Trainer, Lani, use to be a pilates trainer and switched!!

I have been skin brushing!! How did you know? :-)
But I've just been using a cheap boar bristle brush. I've seen some results with it, but probably not like I would if I had the right brush. I think maybe that will be my prize after bootcamp.......
No, I haven't tried SATI. I wish she had a segment of that in the try before you buy section. Is it a full workout or just tips on how to make a walk around the block more effective? The cardio that I was doing was the Tony Little Gazelle. But it took alot of time and effort to see minor results. I've seen quicker, more dramatic results with 15minutes of Tappin' then with 30min on the Gazelle!

Okay count me in on the bootcamp. The tape measure hasn't moved for a few weeks so I guess it's time to step it up. I will start Sunday since I have to get in one more workout this week for Habit Formers. Thanks for begging!!!

I just sent an email to Kirsten to join Habit Formers. Ladies, if you want to get new T-tapp DVD's this is the way to do it! I've been wanting to get HTF so this is how I'm going to save up to do it! Get the link from Vanessa's blog and just do it! Oh, I have finished day 5 and today will be day 6 of my bootcamp. Keep it up ladies!
