I have to be honest, though, I've hardly worked out all week. But, hey, I'm going to make up for it starting Monday! We've got a family reunion in August and I would really like to have lost all the baby weight (and maybe a little extra!) by then. I've always been the "chubby" one of the bunch. The thing I notice about T Tapp is that not only do the inches come off, but my body looks different than it ever has. I think its the "girdle" effect that she talks about. Usually I do cardio to get the baby weight off, which it does, but doesn't tone and firm, ya know? Now I've lost some baby weight and I'm firmer then ever before, even when I used to do pilates! I've got lower ab muscles I literally never felt before doing OIP/HF!! Looking forward to starting next week!
