Since I have misplaced the measureing chart that came with my DVD's I thought I'd post how to measure from Teresa's book Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes . . .
Bust - fullest part of bust (this may change often for those of us nursing!! Don't worry about getting it accurate at this point.)
Pecs - just above the bust line.
Ribs - top fo the rib cage just below the bust line.
Waist - at or slightly above the navel.
Abdomen - 3" below the navel i line with the hip bones or hip pads (this one can be confusing)

I remember now why I like TTapp so much - you REALLY workout! I am not a person that sweats much, I hold in my heat and get very red! But with TTapp, even with BWO+ 15 minute workout I sweat.
How did you Bootcamp day go?
