What's Considered a Bootcamp . . .
Pennie asked a great question - can you do BWO+ in the AM and Inst #2 (2nd half of the TWO) later in the day? Well - technically no it's suppose to be all at once BECAUSE you burn more fat and calories.
HOWEVER - for this bootcamp, you can customize it however you want. If you do split it up, be sure to do PBS when you start. Pennie, what I would recommend is what I did when I started doing TWO - add 1 move at a time . One thing that Judy is doing at a trainers recommendation is doing TWO up to Thread the Needle (TTN). Believe me going that far is a good workout!! The Balance Sequence really tests your balance - as does U Swings and Cross Cross!!
Hope that helps some - I know we all want fast inch loss, but my understanding is that doing more won't necessarily mean more inch loss if you're not strong enough to have proper form. BWO+ done slooooooooooowly in really good form will yield better results than doing TWO in sloppy form because you don't have the strength. Remember the motto: LESS in more with T-Tapp
