May 22 - Bootcamp Day 2
So, this is day 2 for most of us - some day 9, others day 3 perhaps . . .
IF this is day 3 for you HANG IN THERE! It's the hardest day. . . your body will be fighting you because it knows you're getting serious. Day 4 is much easier!!
