A Healthy Shake!
A few years ago I was introduced to the awesome benefits of coconut oil and in an effort to get more into my diet I discovered a great shake. It's very simple and easy if you have a baby food grinder, or a Magic Bullet (thank DH for the Mother's day present!) 'cause you can make individual portions!
You'll need:
Frozen Fruit of your choice - I like strawberry!
Coconut Milk - Thai Kitchen brand is the best, by the ethnic food
Honey - preferably raw from a bee keeper that's not been pasturized
Place frozen fruit in container, pour coconut milk to cover strawberry's. Whirl away! It will be a bit thick until you add the honey to taste. Whirl again . . . enjoy!!
