Day 6-7-8 The Loooong Weekend
I am so glad to hear that you feel as energized as I do! Must be some rebuilding of muscle going on. I can truly see how and understand why you really could use TTapp the rest of your life!
Kimberly brought up an interest point in response to my last message - that of inch loss without pound loss. I have experienced this very much. My scale has not moved. Since January I've lost at about 1 1/2 clothing sizes (about 10 inches overall), but not one pound. So, I found this to encourage you - from Fit and Fabulous, of course!
p. 74 "During a boot camp, there's a significant exchange of fat for muscle, and although it varies from person to person, in my twenty-five years of teaching T-Tapp, I've noticed statistical patterns. The average person will gain 5-7 pounds of muscle within one week, and at the same time lose seven to ten pounds of body fat. The exchange may not show on a scale, but it will be revealed in inch loss. That 5-7 pounds of muscle is intrinsic muscle core - and that's what will stoke that new fat-burning furnace at an average of 250-350 calories more per day without any change in diet. But you must T-Tapp at least 4 days in a row to get that internal core density." Can you say Stoke that Furnace! I think we're all experiencing this!!
Tip of the Day - Pimary Back Stretch! p. 89 Fit and Fab
"I consider Promary Back Stretch to be one of the most important, if not the most important, movement in terms of how much it can help the body help itself build or rebuild neurokinetic and lymphatic function. Primary Back Stretch offers a multitude of health benefits, such as better circulation, better lymphatic function with less swelling, improved mental clarity and fewer headaches, and improved energy for those with autoimmune disorders. Isn't it amazing how 3 minutes of muscle movements can do so much?!"
Hang in there, Ladies! It is all worth it . . . for YOU!
