Sunday Workout
I have to admit that working out on a Sunday is really hard mentally for me. It's the Sabbath rest - but I shall persevere with the goal. Besides, Sunday and Monday we'll only have our oldest (10) and youngest (11 months) so we can get some house stuff done. It should be easier to workout, right? It's a good thing Anne of Green Gables isn't on again this Sunday on PBS as it was the last 3 Sunday's and we sat and watched 4 hours of it . . . while I was taping it!!
But I digress. Sunday and Monday may be really busy for many of us - let's keep going with at least BWO+ if you're strapped for time - c'mon it's 15 minutes. If I can do it with 5 children while homeschooling you can too! YES YOU CAN!!

May. 28, 2007 - Encouraging myself!
Oh! and I did Tempo Lower Body Standing and some of the Floor stuff. It's like going from Inst. #1 to #2 - a whole nother level I'm not quite ready for.
Note to self: stick with the basics and get your form down first - it will yield excellent results!!
