Encouragement for T-Tappers
So, I was perusing Lani Muelrath's site (she's the head TTapp trainer) and there are some success stories there that are very encouraging!! Debra's Success Gallery was especially encouraging. If you go down the page and notice the profile photo's of her face . . . WOW! It just goes to show that inch loss is usually all over, and sometimes in places where we don't measure!!
Consistency is the key to success not matter if you're doing BWO+ or TWO. Pushing yourself to your max will always get results.
