I thought I'd blog a little tonight. The computer is running a little faster tonight. Mom doesn't have high speed . I didn't know that dial-up was sooo slow. Any who... I am trying to get into a routine. I would like to find some homeschool mamas with lots of children (most of my children are not school age) to mentor me. My biggest struggles are sleeping too late, too much tv, not enough structure, schooling without loosing control of the little children, consistancy, etc. I might need to use another curriculum, or something that would work better for me. Any advice? Well, I'm going to pray for direction. Anyone up to the task of being a mentor? Let me know.

Thanks for visiting my blog. I just wanted to give you a hug. ((((Angela)))) Sounds like things have been tough for you lately. Praying that you would see God meeting your needs in ways both large and small.

Are you looking for a mentor locally? SOmeone that can help you and encourage you? Is there someone at church or in your neighborhood that might be able to do this? I think it's a great idea.

I don't know if this helps any in terms of perspective - but I'd gladly give up our new big van to have our little one born into heaven instead. You are rich in what matters most.

You had asked for advice. Can you start with just one thing? Maybe it's getting up earlier. Just pick one thing instead of trying to overhaul everything. Focus on this for awhile and when it's a part of your routine, pick something else. I think this is a great one to start with.

Curriculum. I love Five in a Row. It's something you could use with all of your school aged children. It's flexible, doesn't require a lot of extras and is very economically priced. I'm happy to talk more about this if you want. :-)
