Northern Flicker


This lady was found today feasting on bugs in our front lawn. I had to sneak out onto the front porch, after my oldest daughter slowly opened our squeaky gate, to get a good picture.

What a wonderful picture you took! My backyard birding pics never come out too well but my boys and I have had such fun lately watching all the different birds coming through our yard this time of year!

What a great picture. Birds don't seem to stay still long enough for me to snap a picture.

I just got the book Nourishing Traditions. It's good to hear you're enjoying the recipes. Have you tried any of the raw meat appetizers? :) Sounds yummy. :P
