Breaking News ... Just Seen in MY Front Yard!
Posted on Mar. 18, 2008 at 11:24 AM in In My Garden

A Roadrunner! My daughter Bethany took this photo through the window (that is why it is a bit blurry). She and Rebekah followed it down the street but were unable to get more pictures. A little bit of excitement in our day! :)

That is so cool! I've never seen a roadrunner before, except for the ones on the cartoons with the coyote *grin* I'm glad you shared it with us.
Blessings,

That is a beautiful picture. Can't wait to see those kind of things around here.
What a good shot!

We see them sometimes down here...but never on pretty green grass...only on hot desert dirt as they run through the cactus. My son claims he almost caught one and as he was just about to grab it, it flew. :)
