My new Snake

Guess what! I caught a Garter Snake on Monday, and Dad let me keep it! It was so cute! He wasn't all that enthused about the new move into a terrarium, unfortunately. He did start to feel at home, though, except that he wasn't happy about me intruding every once in a while to handle him a bit and get him used to me.

I had to release him, though, because hibernation season was almost here.
