• Dec. 1, 2009 - Sad day in the neighborhood!
I am sad to announce that our basketball team is in fact no longer undefeated! We lost today to a varsity by 2 points. This was our first loss and we were pretty disappointed. It was a wake up call. Our offense today was horrible, actually our lowest scoring game ever! The score was 22 to 20. But our defense was great! It didn't help that my sister ( who is our best player, if not, one of the best ) fouled out early in the 3rd quarter. I almost fouled out as well! Not to mention I got hurt in the 2nd quarter! When I was rebounding everyone fell on top of each other to get the rebound and I slid about 5 feet on both of my knees. Now I'm in serious pain. It was one of those loud, intense games w/ the crowd yelling and everything! And I kept praying that we could pull it out! But it is what it is and you win some and lose some! In the huddle me and my sister told our team to remember to praise God when we win and lose. So we're just closed in prayer and are getting ready for our practice tomorrow and game on Thursday!

For education this week… Still grooming,manicuring, and bathing pets. My college has actually notified me asking why I haven't turned in my quiz! I've just been so busy! But I'll try finishing it this week!

A spiritual lesson I’m learning… To accept and do God's will whatever the costs
A godly character trait I plan to work on… Patience, again :P

I am praying for… friends of the family who are going through a really rough time.... I couldn't even imagine dealing with it!
For the rest of the week… A very busy week indeed! My sis and I have 2 games and 2 practices this week and my bro has 4 games this week!

Today… November 23, 2009 (almost Thanksgiving!)
Outside my window… It's cold and foggy
I am thinking… I don't feel really well(I have a cold)and I wonder if my sister posted anything!
I am thankful for… my niece (it's her birthday!)
