Dec. 15, 2005 - Redecorating and a Victory
I've been redecorating in the main schoolroom and I'm really liking it! It's rather "bold" for me but I needed something "jazzy" to perk up these winter-time-blues.
(The theme here is a modified version.)I'm also feeling really good about it because I ran into a major problem
with my permalinks that I've finally conquered!
And, yes, the children have been busy with their modified-it's-almost-Christmas school work while I've gone about this. It helps to have two that read wonderfully (and way above "grade-level" - my 9 yo was reading Jane Eyre this morning) and can work relatively independently now.
Anyway, after two days of struggling with the said permalink issue, I am more than ready to dive back into direct supervision and close interaction of lessons!
Off to give a timed math test... Wrapping everything up (except Advent) just in time for dinner.

Hello dear Tamara! I hope you are having a nice week. :) I've been keeping up the Xanga and this blog as well. I just went back to a HSB template and will redecorate it in 'my' style after I get all these cards finished up!
Still waiting to hear if you wanted any of the lilac soap. :)
Take care! ~ Robin
