The WHO Capitol Connection Events have been such a huge success that the March 17th date is full!

Plan now to attend the next event on April 14. 

If you're going to be in the Olympia area, why don't you join the Washington Homeschool Organization  for their next WHO Capitol Connections Day, an opportunity for homeschool families to tour the capitol buildings in Olympia and learn about the legislative system together.

This event will be held on Tuesday, April 14.  Participants will meet at 10:30 a.m. in the Legislative Building under the dome near the Washington Seal.  There will have a brief time of introductions, outline some options for the day, and then embark on an informal tour together to see the capitol buildings.  More formal and in-depth public tours will also be available throughout the day.  Each family will have the opportunity to visit their district legislator's offices if they wish.  To do so, please contact your legislator ahead of time to schedule an appointment (see http://apps.leg.wa.gov/DistrictFinder/Default.aspx).  The schedule is designed to be flexible and accommodate individual families' needs and interests.
