Thursday's Thoughts - Your Top 5 Favorite Music Artists

Well Patricia's getting all geared up to interview Rebecca St. James and she wants to know what questions you would like her to ask. Go let her know on her blog!!

That got me to thinking, who are your top 5 favorite music artists? I know that it might be hard to choose since you like all different kinds of music. It's hard for me too. My husband listens to music more than I do, so he could probably do this a lot easier than me. I listen to music, but a lot of times I don't even pay attention to *who* the singer is.

Let's see here are mine (but I reserve the right to say, "Oh yea I should have said so-and-so", once I see your answers!)

1. Steven Curtis Chapman (been listening to his music for YEARS)

2. Selah (I LOVE their version of You Raise Me Up)

3. Mark Shultz (He's not as well known, but really great)

4. Casting Crowns (probably my favorite *new* band)

5. Mercy Me ( I Can Only Imagine, Word of God Speak,...)

ohhhh I love Mark Shultz...He performed at the MOPS International Convention in Dallas last Sept...He is great!
I also really like...
Stephen Curtis Chapman - great to blast in the car
Carmen - our family has fun acting out some of his "story" songs
GO FISH - You have got hear these guys what fun - they were at the MOPS Convention too. They describe their stuff as music kids love that won't drive their parents crazy. We love them real loud while we do chores. You can check them out at www.gofishguys.com
