Hello everyone, I hope you are having wonderful weather like we are. You can feel summer approaching and where we live, pool season is here! A few years ago I made up a fun and educational pool game that hopefully your children will love as much as mine.
Gather some pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, and half dollars if you have. (Dont forget to check inside your couches.) Throw them into the pool and give your children a few seconds (about 15-30 sec. is good) to gather as many coins as they can. Now, have your child add up how much money he or she has collected because, the object of the game is not who collects the most coins, its who has the most money.
This game has really encouraged my children learn how to add money and hopefully itll do the same for yours. Now tell me, who said math wasnt cool?!
God Bless,
Amber

Good one, Amber!
First I'll have to get my kids to swim without floaties and then we will most absolutely definitely do this game! What fun!!!
I guess in the meantime, we can do this on the carpet. :-)
