Mini Watermelons
Its watermelon season and I have a delicious, adorable recipe for you
and yes, I said adorable.
You need:
A medium sized watermelon
10-12 limes and 1-2 tsp. of lime juice
Currents or raisins (optional)
Sugar to taste
Directions:
-
Cut limes in half, and clean out all the insides. (reserve 1-2 tsp of lime juice)
-
Cut watermelon in quarters.
-
Scoop out the melon.
-
Remove seeds.
-
Place melon, lime juice and sugar (if needed) to food processor.
-
Process for about 3-5 sec. you dont want the watermelon too mushy.
-
Fill lime cups with watermelon mixture and add currents (if desired).
-
After you fill the lime cups with watermelon, place them in an air-tight container and then put them in freezer overnight.
-
The next day youll have a cold and refreshing, delicious, adorable, healthy mini watermelon!
God Bless,
Amber

Seems like chocolate chips might be a good thing for the seeds!
