Socks
I think I speak
for all women when I say, Theres nothing worse than trying to find mates to
socks. So what I do it give all the socks to my children to match and they love
it
Well, after we turned them into cards so to speak. They play, Go Sock and
Old Un-made Match(es)
You play Go
Sock just like you would play Go
Fish (you may have to deal the socks or each person closes their eyes while
picking socks, even the person picking. My DC put their socks in a brown paper
bag.)
Old Un-made
Match(es) is just like Old Maid. The only
thing about Old Un-made Match(es) is that *we* usually end up with quite a few,
so whoever has the most unmatched socks loses.
NOTE:
If you dont have any unmatched
socks, bless your heart and you may want to take one
out.
If you try
this, I hope your children enjoy it so much that you never have to fold another
sock again!

This is a great idea. I have been paying my kids a penny a pair to match socks! This is much smarter. I do notice they are willing to wear a lot of almost matches now that they are getting paid to match them though! LOL
