Several fellow HomeschoolBloggers have had their blog entries show up on another website. This is in clear violation of copyright laws.
Please read this entry from Dad's Corner, as well as this entry from Homeschooling is Life!
Be sure to link over to the website in question and see if any of your blog entries are there. Several of you are. (I am opting not to give a direct link from this entry as it is thought to be a web-bot and I don't know if giving a direct link would invite trouble!)
Remember! Blogs are copyrighted works, and if you copy an entire entry or even a portion from another website, or blog you are breaking the law. If you have found a website or blog entry that you want others to see, then write a review and give a link to that site.

I just checked the site and found that they have deleted not just my entries, but all entries...every last one! This is great news, and a victory for the HomeSchool Bloggers who took an interest and helped out. Thanks, HSB!

Glad to see a little action has worked out well. Sometimes shining the light upon a problem is all it takes to clean it up - at least momentarily. Websites like this spring up overnight, and I have no doubt the owners will probably move it elsewhere, but hopefully they will avoid HSB sites in the future now that they know HSB bloggers won't be silent victims.
Nice work driving them away!
